| 8/14/2012 | Allbright Contracting Services is also now known as Recon Roofing and Gutters. From first phone call, to the actual job itself, to the followup, these folks were first-rate. The job was done with professional care. The supervisor and the workers were very helpful, and they are taking care of a small additional siding problem. The price was very reasonable, and there was a 10% senior Discount. I definitely will want to use their services again.

| 6/2/2012 | Bob has to be the most customer service focused trades/contractor I have ever worked with. He completed some repairs on the eaves at my home and called repeatedly to see if they had worked to our satisfaction. When I emailed him a video showing that the initial efforts had not resolved the problem he immediately responded requesting a time that he and his team could come over to investigate. I was traveling extensively and forgot to get back to him, but Bob persisted and tracked me down! He arrived with his crew and consulted with me while we worked a hose on the roof to pin down the issues. He had me up on the ladder and sharing the investigation so that we could agree on the approach. The work was done and the following morning during a down pour as I was about to head out the door my cell phone rang....yep....it was Bob. He wanted to know if the repair had taken. I went out, looked and it had. He repeated his offer for me to call if I experienced any other issues. I can see why he has entirely positive reviews. I recommend him highly.

| 2/16/2012 | I had a gutter emergency, and Bob and an assistant were there the very next morning. They were cheerful and efficient, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. I would give them the highest possible rating, and would most definitely turn to them again for my gutter and roofing needs. I wish all contractors were this reliable!

| 11/8/2011 | I hired Recon Roofing replace the roof of my house and detached garage. The work quality, responsibility and price were phenomenal. I was so satisfied with Recon’s roofing work that I decided to replace another roof for an investment property I own. The work was done in an efficient and professional manner. I highly recommend Bob (Recon Roofing owner) to you if you have roofing or gutter service needs. Bob will not let you down!!! I say this because he has prevailed with his business and has never let me down.

He even gave useful suggestions on an issue that his company does not fix. His job was on budget and on time. I would recommend he and Recon highly. ***** **********

| 8/16/2011 | *** has done a few jobs for us, he replaced our roof and fixed our gutters, we were pleased with his work and would highly recommend *** and his company. He did a small repair job for us and our tenants apartment, a job that nobody else wanted to take on. Again excellent work. We know who too call when we have a problem. It is nice to deal with someone who takes the time to listen to the customer. Excellent work and excellent customer service. *** ********* is the person to call.

| 7/7/2011 | I was able to get a quote right away, schedule an appointment the following day, and Bob and his crew were done with cleaning my gutters so quickly I hardly knew they were there. They were very polite and asked me to move my car before starting so that debris didn't fall on it, not that I would have noticed, everything was cleaned up afterward.

| 6/30/2011 | I have engaged Recon Roofing to replace the roofs of my primary residence, as well as my summer home. I have been more than satisfied with the work of Bob MacKerron and his crew. Bob has also repaired problems with, and cleaned, my gutters and downspouts. I have been impressed, not only with the thoroughness of his work, but with Bob's resourcefulness in solving unanticipated problems that he discovered while completing the jobs. I would very much recommend Recon Roofing

Our experience with this company was very professional - they were prompt and worked very hard until the job was done. Prices were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent.

| 11/21/2010 | Bob MacKerron and his team installed a new roof, new gutters, and showed their skilled craftsmanship by installing a metal standing seam roof over the front door and garage. Their finished carpentry work was very detailed and handled with expertise and care. He and his team were professional, trustworthy and reliable. I will recommend them to friends and family and will work with them again in the future.

| 9/15/2010 | A neighbor was very happy with his Recon roof after several heavy storms and recommended the firm to me. Mr. Mackerron replied promptly and quoted a great price. He explained everything very clearly in advance. His crew was quick, professional and careful in replacing my roof. This is a great firm to do business with.

| 8/13/2010 | I have to say that my experience with Recon Roofing and Gutter Services was very positive, Mr. Mackerron and his crew were very professional and informative. I have recommended him to my family and has just replaced my sisters and brother in laws gutters and a couple of windows. I know if we need work in the future we'll call Recon Roofing, they do much more than roofs and are very fair in their prices
